Here are responses to the comments that were attached to the City’s March 27, 2007, review letter. As with the initial submittal, for the purpose of this report, since Gunnison Rising is bisected by Highway 50, the two portions will be referred to as “Gunnison Rising North”, approximately 851-acres of land that is located north of Highway 50, and “Gunnison Rising South”, approximately 890-acres of land that is located south of Highway 50 as shown on the updated Master Plan.
