Land Suitability Analysis
Land Suitability Analysis is a process employed to determine information about the site’s physical characteristics and features needed to assess the impact of proposed development both on and off site. Site investigations include conducting an inventory of the site related to natural features including topography, vegetation, soils and wildlife. This information was then analyzed and transferred to an overall composite map, which presents the physical and environmental constraints to development in a comprehensive manner.
