Gunnison Valley Partners, LLC is a Colorado Limited Liability Company created for this project by the principals of The Schuck Corporation, one of Colorado's pre-eminent land development companies. The other principal in this ownership group is long time resident and local attorney, Richard Bratton. Since 1969, The Schuck CorporationSchuck Corporation has been instrumental in the creation of many successful and innovative commercial and residential communities throughout the Southwest, Pacific Northwest and Rocky Mountain regions. The Schuck Corporation has a long history of creating many public/private partnerships that have demonstrated their commitment and dedication to serving the public’s interest.

The Gunnison Rising consultant team consists of CTL/Thompson, Del-Mont Consultants, Inc., LSC Transportation Consultants, Inc., and N.E.S. Inc. A brief description of each consultant team is provided below.

• CTL/Thompson, Inc. is a consulting engineering firm offering geotechnical, materials and environmental engineering services, construction observation, soil and materials testing, and forensic engineering. CTL/Thompson haves successfully provided these services to a wide variety of clients throughout the Rocky Mountain Region and beyond for more than fifty years. Projects range from single-family residential dwellings to major infrastructure systems in both the private and public sectors.

• Del-Mont Consultants, Inc. is a civil engineering and surveying firm that was founded in Montrose, CO in 1978. Typical projects include the design of residential and commercial subdivisions, school sites, downtown improvements, drainage projects, water and wastewater treatment facilities, and related agency processing. Surveying capabilities extend from site topographic surveys to electrical transmission line surveys extending hundreds of miles. For the Gunnison Gateway Project, Del-Mont will provide civil engineering input relative to water, wastewater, and stormwater facilities required for the project.

• LSC Transportation Consultants, Inc. (LSC) provides consulting services in all phases of transportation planning and traffic engineering throughout the western United States. The firm is the successor to Leigh Associates and Leigh, Scott & Cleary, Inc. and has provided consulting services continuously since 1975. Transportation planning and traffic engineering studies requiring a timely, personal response by experienced professionals are the company’s specialties. LSC provides services to government agencies, private organizations and individuals. LSC will provide the transportation expertise for the Gunnison Gateway development.

• N.E.S. Inc., a Colorado Springs based company, has specialized in land planning and site analysis for over twenty-five years. Incorporated in 1982, N.E.S. Inc. is a consulting firm that provides services in land planning, landscape architecture and urban design. The firm has a wide variety of public and private experience. N.E.S. Inc. specializes in the development of comprehensive master plans as a part of multi-disciplinary teams. N.E.S. Inc. will be the primary contact for the Gunnison Rising Master Plan.
